Installation costs will be quantified after a design and schedule of products to be fitted has been prepared. We will provide a firm quotation, not an estimate.

The typical bathroom renovation includes:

removal and dispose wall and floor tiles; removal and dispose units: bath, toilet, washbasin; plumbing for new bath , toilet, washbasin and radiator and installation of all units; tiling all walls and floor; building bath panel and tile over; fitting bath screen; fitting accessories.

Average labour cost of bathroom renovation starts from £2800 up to £5000

While estimate the cost we take into account the size of the bathroom, type of tiles and units you want to install

The whole project of bathroom installation usually takes from 10 up to 14 days.

BATH WITH SHOWER – Small bathroom, low and medium budget

£2800 – £3200

  • Removal exiting tiles
  • Disconnect and remove old units (bath, toilet, washbasin)
  • Plumbing for new bath, shower and shower mixer, toilet, washbasin
  • Tile walls around the bath up to the ceiling
  • Tile around washbasin
  • Build bath panel, tile over
  • Install new units (bath, toilet, washbasin)
  • Install bath screen
  • Paint the ceiling and walls
  • Approximately cost of building materials £600 – £750

  • Time of work max 10 working days

MEDIUM BATHROOM, MEDIUM BUDGET

£3200 – £3700

  • Removal exiting tiles
  • Disconnect and remove old units (bath, toilet, washbasin)
  • Plumbing for new bath, shower and shower mixer, toilet, washbasin
  • Tile all walls up to the ceiling
  • Tile the floor
  • Build bath panel, tile over
  • Install new units (bath, toilet, washbasin)
  • Install bath screen
  • Install new light(s), shaver socket etc.
  • Paint the ceiling
  • Approximately cost of building materials £700 – £900
