Bathroom renovation in Romford:
-Disconnect and remove old units:
-Bath
-Wash basin
-Toilet
-Radiator
-Remove wall tiles and floor
-Moving one wall 6 inch, build new wall + install new door frame and door, skim and paint
new wall outside of bathroom
-Adapt/extend/relocate waste and supply pipes to suit new installation (pipes concealed in the
walls or boxed in)
-Check/replace waste and soil pipes outside
-Prepare walls and ceiling prior tiling/painting
-Remove old plaster (where need) , re-plaster ( using bonding and finishing plaster and/or
moisture-shield plasterboard)
-Install waterproof matting membrane in bath/shower area
-Tiling and grouting walls up to the ceiling
-Install new lights , illuminated cabinet/mirror etc.
-Skim and paint the ceiling
-Check/fix/replace floor boards
-Install new exterior grade (marine) plywood on the floor , suitable for tiling
-Tiling the floor and grouting
-Install new suite:
Bath + shower
Washbasin
Toilet
radiator/ towel rail
-Build bath panel, tile over
-Fix accessories: bath screen, mirror, shelves , holders ,hooks etc
-Rubbish removal
